on the RAPID ID, the encrypted data contained within the 2-D
barcode is permanent and cannot be changed.

of each barcode creation, the credentialing agent making the ID
card or document must submit their own unique encrypted
identifier (fingerprint) to authorize the card. The
agent's identifier is automatically embedded along with the
information stored in the barcode.

comprehensive fingerprint database.
